Happy Holidays from the Maynard Holiday Parade Committee!!!
The 59th Annual Maynard Holiday Parade's Major Sponsor is in honor of Marion Crocker. Donated by Sue Crocker and the Reiniger Family in loving memory of their mom. Miss Marion loved attending the Maynard Holiday Parade. Moving here in 1965 she and her husband enjoyed raising their 3 children here in this small town. They participated many years in various organizations in the parade. This Sunday we celebrate the 59th year of the Maynard Holiday Parade and due to Sue Crocker and the Reiniger's extremely generous donation in honor of their mom's memory, we were able to secure a beloved group the Great Boston Firefighters Pipes and Drums. Thank you, Marion, for representing the spirit of Maynard and thank you Sue and the Reiniger family for allowing us to honor your mom in such a wonderful way.

A special thank you to Middlesex Savings bank for being the Official Banking Center for the Maynard Holiday Parade. They make banking so easy.

The Maynard Holiday Parade Committee wishes to send an extra special thank you to Chris and Carolyn DiSilva for their continued support of the Maynard Holiday Parade. Chris and Carolyn provide the insurance for the parade, a requirement from the town, each year. Chris and Carolyn have been long standing friends of the committee. We appreciate their support, but even more importantly their friendship.

Thank you to our 2025 Grand Marshal and other Honored Guests!

Grand Marshal
Vic Lalli
Affectionately known as Mister Vic, has been a proud lifelong resident of Maynard (with a brief stint on the road in the late 70s as part of a disco band). After realizing the corporate life at Digital Equipment Corporation wasn't his calling, Vic followed his true passion, bringing the joy of music to his community. For over 25 years, Vic and his wife, Pat, have run Music Together of Assabet Valley, offering music enrichment classes for young families and the grown ups who love them. Through their work, they've inspired countless children and parents to connect through the universal language of music. Vic also provides private lessons for children and adults, sharing his expertise and love for music across generations. Now Vic is embarking on an exciting new project, creating a multi generational family choral group.

Honored Guest
Sarah Cressy
Sarah Cressy is best known for her work behind the events. You may not have seen her, but she is responsible for two of the most favorite Maynard traditions; Maynard fest and Downtown Trick or Treat. Not only is our Assabet Valley Chamber of Commerce CEO, but Sarah has also been known to donate her time off to helping others, such as our Holiday Parade Director, create and plan new events. Her generosity and passion is part of why she found herself as one of our 2025 honorees.
Sarah would like to thank the Holiday Parade Committee for such an honor. As a spectator and volunteer for many years, Cressy loves the parade. It exemplifies what Maynard does best, working together as a community.
Sarah has organized both Maynard Fest and Downtown Trick or Treat for the last 33 years. Sarah served as a founding board member of the Maynard Farmers Market and spent almost three years as a volunteer sous chef for Open Table. Sarah currently serves on the Maynard Economic Development Committee, the ArtSpace Maynard Board of Directors, and as a Corporator for Emerson Health.
When not working or volunteering, Sarah enjoys cooking, watching documentaries, and cheering on the Celtics. Sarah lives in Hudson with her husband, Ray Murphy. Her daughter Kate is a pediatrician, and lives with her husband Brendan, and their son James, in West Hartford, CT.

Honored Guest
Josh Morse
Town Volunteer who has rallied support for the new senior center, new elementary school and has also served on numerous other infrastructure committees. Josh's expertise - combined with his easy-to-understand explanations have moved our town forward in many ways. Before he landed here in Maynard Josh was on a fast attack submarine in the nuclear engineering division with a specialty in reactor plant chemistry and radiological controls. 99% boredom and 1% sheer terror. He saw the world and had a blast. In 2009, shortly after being honorably discharged from the United States Navy, Josh moved to Maynard. He has been serving on committees in town since then. Here are the committees over the last 16 years:
Capital Improvement Planning Committee
Fire Station Building Committee
High School Building Committee
High Performance Subcommittee
Facilities Manager Search Committee
Green Meadow Future Committee Chair
Green Meadow School Building Committee
Senior Center Committee
Josh is a gift to the Town of Maynard and its residents, and this is why he found himself on the list of Honorees for the 59th Maynard Holiday Parade.

Honored Guest
Bob McCarthy
Bob McCarthy is a volunteer of the town who has many qualities who represent Maynard beautifully. His latest venture of course is being one of the residents who helped start the new online paper The Maynard Voice. His community spirit is one of the reasons he found himself on our list of honorees for the 59th Maynard Holiday Parade.
Bob has lived in Maynard since 1992 with his wife and family. All four children have had the fortune of attending the Maynard Public Schools. Bob has served on the Finance Committee and more recently on the MHS Senior Project Advisory group, and joined the staff of the new town online newspaper “The Maynard Voice”. Bob has been contributing to the Marketing Maynard Task Force for the past few years. He and his family really love the community spirit and sense of belonging in our great town.
Official Maynard Holiday Parade Photographer
Cris Antonio

Cris Antonio is a long-time Maynard resident who fell in love with photography in 2010 when he noticed his family friend's photos looked way better than what normal point and shoot cameras can produce. He saved up enough to get his own DSLR camera and has been into photography ever since. He is a self-taught photographer constantly trying to improve his craft. He has covered a lot of Maynard town events unofficially and has recently published his work on his Facebook page "Cris Antonio Photography". He has worked with clients for senior portraits as well as corporate headshots. He has also covered most of the Maynard school system's activities from sports to musical events. Cris is a registered nurse by profession with a passion for photography. He dabbles in different types of photography such as wildlife/bird, landscape, portrait and event photography. He recently entered one of his bird photos at the "Only from Maynard" exhibit at the 6 Bridges Gallery which garnered the People's Choice Award.
