59th Annual Maynard Holiday Parade Sign Up

The parade is set to take place on

Sunday December 7th, 2025 at 2:00pm - staging for the parade will begin at 12:30 at the Mill lot next to the new Fire Station on 20 Sudbury Street.

There is a rain/snow date set for Sunday December 14th same time and place.

Though we try to get every entry into the parade we can not guarantee each entry will be able to fit until ALL entries are compiled. Please wait for confirmation via email that you have a space in the parade the beginning of December. Thank you.

Please read all details before signing up.

* ALL vehicles / trailers MUST be fully insured and street legal. This is the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle/trailer to ensure.

* All drivers MUST be licensed. This is the responsibility of your group's leader to ensure.

*No participants in the parade may dress as SANTA CLAUS (we will have 2 in the parade; one in the helicopter and one on the float and we want to keep the magic of the holiday season alive and not confuse any little ones. Anyone who arrives in a Santa suite will be asked to remove it before

*NO THROWING CANDY. This is a safety issue especially for our youngest parade goers as well as an insurance rule. Anyone caught doing this will risk being removed from the parade. Please do not put us in that situation. We thank you in advance.

* Please make sure to pick up trash and garbage around your staging area where your group meets. We want to make sure that the Mill continues to allow us to stage the parade here. We appreciate all of your help with keeping the lot clean.

How many people will be in your group?

Each group in the parade will be announced as they approach downtown by the MCs with WAVM who will also be recording the parade. Please write a description of your group that will be read by the MCs so the crowd surrounding the area knows who your group is and what your group does. A short description that can be read as your group passes by the MCs - around 10 lines should be perfect timing.
