Things you need to know before signing up:
There is a $30 fee to become a vendor for the Maynard Holiday Village. 100% of this fee will go to funding the Maynard Holiday Parade and the Holiday Village. If you are approved to become a vendor, you will receive an email with how to pay this fee and all other information you will need prior to the day.
Holiday Village details...
The Maynard Holiday Village will be open prior to and during the 59th Maynard Holiday Parade.
The Maynard Holiday Village will take place at Memorial Park in downtown Maynard; at the corner of Summer Street and Nason Street.
The Holiday Village will open at Noon (2 hours prior to the parade) and will run throughout the parade and close once the parade crowd has dispersed. Please see more details, limitations and event info below . . .
The parade is set to take place on Sunday December 7th, 2025
There is a rain/snow date set for Sunday December 14th same time and place.

*Vendors must be set up by noon and have their vehicle moved to a parking lot no later than 11:45 am.
12:00pm The Maynard Holiday Village begins.
1:30ish The roads shut down around downtown.
1:45pm Santa flies over downtown & parade route.
1:50pm The Maynard Holiday Food Collection begins.
2:00pm The parade begins.
*The roads will not be open to any vehicles until after the parade ends around 3:30 / 4:00pm
VENDORS will NOT be able to pull their cars around to the park until after the majority of traffic disperses so that the flow of traffic remains uninterrupted.
You can of course walk your items to the parking lot in your parking space if you are able to get close enough parking prior to the event.
*Any vendors in the village can bring UP TO A 10x10 tent.
*Tents MUST have weights attached for safety sake.
*Vendors are responsible for their site and tents including any damage caused by flying tents.
*Food vendors are responsible for obtaining proper town food permits via the Town Hall.

If you do not obtain proper permitting you will not be allowed to sell in the Holiday Village.
*There is no water or electricity available in the Maynard Village. You must bring everything with you necessary.
PLEASE DO NOT GO IN TO LOCAL BUSINESSES TO ASK FOR WATER OR ELECTRICITY. We want to be business friendly.
*You must provide your own tables, chairs, tents etc
